| 本文对154例中老年糖尿病患者和对照组315人进行单光子骨吸收测量，摄左手第二掌骨
X线片，部分人做血Ca、P、Akp及尿Ca、P、HOP。结果提示老年期骨矿物含量减少的糖尿病发病率明显高于对照组；中老年糖尿病患者骨矿物丢失量以BMD分析，男性≥60岁组明显低于对照组；掌骨X线片测量女性糖尿病患者BMD减低组：掌骨中点皮质厚度与掌骨指数明显低于对照组；血糖控制良好的糖尿病患者骨矿物音量明显高于控制差的患者。故积极控制糖代谢紊乱是预防中老年糖尿病患者骨质疏松的关键之一。 |

| Bone mineral content(BMC)of 154 middle aged and aged patients with diabetes mellitus and 315 control cases measured with single photon absorptiometry(SPA)and roentgenogram of the second metacarpal of left hand was taken．Plasma calcium，inorganic phosphorus，serum AKP and urine calcium tinorganic phosphorus，HOP were also investigated in apart of cases．The results demonstrated：(1)The incidence of decreased BMC of DM patients in middle aged and aged is significantly higher as compared with that of controls;(2)Analysing the loss of bone mineral measured by bone mineral density (BMD)in middle aged and aged showed that average BMD of male patients with DM aged 60 was obviously decreased in comparison with that of control;(3)In BMD decreased female，the thickness of bone cortex at the mid-point of second metacarpal and its metacarpal index are markedly Iower as compared with those of controls and；(4)BMC of DM patients whose plasma-
Glucose levels was better controlled is obviously higher than that uncontrolled .Our study suggested that actively control of the metabolic disturbances of DM patients may be one of the key-points in preventing osteoporosis in middle aged and aged． |
