| 以卵壳钙(生物碳酸钙)、碳酸钙为钙源添加于大鼠饲料中，与正常饲料中钙源(骨粉、鱼粉)
相比，钙的吸收率基本相同。正常钙、碳酸钙、卵壳钙、低钙(鱼粉)饲料中钙的吸收率分别为 32.60%，31.70%，31.43%，29.50%；钙存留率分别为59.60%，47.30%，64.50%，48.50%；低钙、碳酸钙、卵壳钙组体重净增值分别为82.24±l7.34；96.50±15.78；l00.63±20.50g。实验结果表明；卵壳与碳酸钙在大鼠体内吸收、促进生长发育效果均较好，利用率卵壳钙高于碳酸钙，二者均可作为补充机体钙的良好来源。 |

| Egg shell calcium (biological calcium carbonate)and calcium carbonate(reagent)are used separately as sources of calcium and put into rat feed, compared with normal calcium source in the feed，such as bone meal and fish meal．We’ve found the absorptivity of these three kinds of calcium sources are basically the same. The absorptivties(%)of the normal calcium group，the calcium carbonate group，the egg-shell calcium group and the low-calcium group are respectively32.46，31.70，31.43，and 29.50, the retention rates(%)are respectively 59.6，47.3，64.5 and 48.5 .The net weight increments(g)of the low calcium group，the calcium carbonate group and the egg shell calcium group are respectively 82.24±17.34，95.50± l6.78 and 100.63±20.05．The resuIts showed that egg shell calcium and calcium carbonate in rats bodies can be absorbed and utilized well．They can also promote rats growth and development．They both can be used as good sources for organic calcium needed． |
