| 对10例低雌激索性原发闭经和14例卵巢早衰患者各自随机均分两组，然后分别给予降钙
素及快雌醇，用药两周，并于给药前后分别测定空腹尿钙与肌酐(Ca/Cr)、羟脯氨酸与肌酐(OHPr/Cr)比值以及血清雌二醇(E2)、 降钙素(CT)和碱性磷酸酶(AKP)的值，以了解上述两组年纪尚轻但已有显著雌激素缺乏的患者其骨代谢对上述用药的反应性。结果发现，降钙素及炔雌醇给药前后两组患者之血清AKP及E2的水平均未出现显著性差异，但其空腹尿Ca/Cr、OHPr/Cr比值却均较给药前显著下降(P <0.05,P<0.01)。炔雌醇给药后两组患者之血清CT的水平均较给药前有所升高。说明降钙素及炔雌醇均可抑制原发闭经和卵巢早衰患者骨质的吸收，故此对该类年纪尚轻但已有显著雌激素缺乏的患者其骨质疏松的早期防治均具有重要的临床意义。 |

| In order to further understand the bone metabolic reaction to ethinyl-estradioI and calcitonin for 10 patients with hypoestrogenic primary amenorrhea and 14 patients with premature ovarian failure，these patients were non-selectively divided into two groups and were treated respectively with ethinyl-estradiol and calcitonin for two weeks．Then fasting urinaty calcitonin creatinine ratio(Ca/Cr)and hydroxyproline creatinine ratio(OHPr/Cr),serum estradiol(E2)、calcitonin(CT) and alkaline phosphatase (AKP) were determined for these patients before and after treatment．The result showed that AKP values were not significantly altered, but Ca/Cr and OHPr/Cr were lowered after treatment with ethinyl-estradiol in the two groups of patients，it is concluded that the administration of exogenous estrogen and calcitonin is of clinical significance for early prevention of osteoporosis in young hypoestrogenic primary amenorrheic patients and those with premature overian faiIure． |
