| 为了解绝经后骨质疏松患者体内性激素变化，探讨绝经后性激素变化对骨质疏松发病的影
响，从绝经后骨质疏松流行病学调查中随机抽出30名骨质疏松患者，以绝经年限、年龄配对30名正常妇女作对照，采用放射免疫法测定血雌二醇、雌酮、睾酮水平。结果表明绝经后骨质疏松组及正常对照组的雌二醇均值低于本实验室卵泡早期水平，二组雌二醇及雌酮均值无差别；二组睾酮水平低于本实验室绝经前水平。绝经后骨质疏松组睾酮均值明显低于正常对照组(P<0.05)。研究结果提示，绝经后骨质疏松发生是雌激素水平下降与其它因素共同作用的结果，雌激素降低可能为发病的原因之一。 |

| The serum estradiol, estrone and testosterone were measured with radioimmunoassay in 30 postmenopausal osteoporosis women and in 30 normal postmenopausal women, whose ages, menopausal years were well matched．The results showed that there were no significant differences in estradiol and estrone levels between the osteoporosis group with the normal women, and there was a lower testosterone in the osteoporosis cases than in the control．These suggest that development of postmenopausal osteoporosis might be related a decreasing level of testosterone. |
