| 利用MEDLINE CD-ROM光盘数据库的检索、套录功能与FOXBASE+2.10数据库语言的自动统计功能相结合，完成对世界范围骨质疏松研究的文献计量学分析。对1985~1994年间MEDLINE CD-ROM收录在主题词“骨质疏松”下的全部论文分别套录其ISSN、PY、LA和CP等字段，再在
Foxbase+2.10中进行汇总和排序，得出骨质疏松研究的年代分布、语种分布、国家分布、期刊分布等。根据统计数据，我们发现十年间世界骨质疏松研究的论文连年增加。提示这一领域正日益受到重视。在论文所用的23种学术语言中，最常用的依次是英语、德语、法语、日语、意大利语、俄语、西班牙语和汉语。在发表论文的56个国家中，发表最多的依次是美国(占总数的 42.57% )、英国(14.73 %)、德国(4.97% )、法国(3.79% )和日本(3.59 %)。在1070种期刊中，筛选出Calcified Tissue International，Journal of Bone and Mineral Research，Osteoporosis International等核心期刊。本文还进一步对Medline所收录的中文文献进行了分析。认为《中国骨质疏松杂志》的创刊出版将对我国骨质疏松研究及其临床防治起到有益的促进作用。 |

| The searching and down loading function of Medline CD-ROM and the statistics function of Foxbase+ 2.10 is combined to fuIfiI the bibliometric study of the worldwide research of osteoporosis. Sources are articles indexed by “osteoporosis” in Medline CD-ROM from l985~1994. Fields to download are issn，py，la and cp，respectively. These data are statisticed and arranged separately in
Foxbase+2.10．Based on these statisticed data, we find the papers of osteoporosis are increasing year by year, which prompts the worldwide more attention to the realm．Among 23 kinds of learning languages，English，German，French，Japanese．Italian，Russian，Spanish and Chinese are the most used. Among 56 countries，the United States(42.57%)，England(14.73%), German(4.97%)，France(3.79% )and Japan(3.59% )are the most publishing countries．Among 1070 journals. The core journals are：Calcified Tissue International. Journal of Bone and Mineral Research, Osteoporosis International，etc．Furthermore, we analysis the Chinese papers. Above all，the publishment of Chinese Journal of Osteoporosis will be a benefitial accelerator to the osteoporosis research and clinical practice in China． |
