| 目的 总结椎体成形术治疗胸腰椎骨质疏松性骨折的疗效及技巧.方法 分析自2007年5月以来随访资料完整15例,进行临床效果及影像分析.结果 随访6～20月,临床有效率93%,椎体压缩均有明显恢复,并发症有骨水泥渗漏,气胸,再骨折等.结论 椎体成形术为良好的治疗胸腰椎骨质疏松性骨折方法,但需严格适应症及熟练的手术技巧. |

| Abstnn：Objective To summarize the treatment efficacy of kyphoplasty for osteoporotic thomcolumbar fractures and the skill．Methods Data of 15 full follow up Cases from May 2007 were analyzed for clinical efficacy and imaging．ResuHs All cases were followed up for 6 to 20 months．The clinical efficacy was 93%．The vertebral compression was significantly released.Complications included bone cement leakage，pneumothorax，and refracture．Conclusion Vertebmplasty is a good treatment for thoracolumbar osteoporotic fractu．re．Strict indication and skillful surgical technique are needed． |
