| 目的 观察疏肝益肾汤治疗绝经后骨质疏松的疗效.方法 60例随机分2组,中药治疗组30例,给予自拟疏肝益肾汤煎服;西药对照组30例,给予阿仑膦酸钠片、阿法D3胶丸及钙尔奇D口服.结果 中药组总有效率90%,疼痛缓解率96.7%;对照组总有效率73.3%,疼痛缓解率83.3%.两组对骨矿物质含量有一定改善,不具统计学意义.结论 疏肝益肾汤治疗绝经后骨质疏松有显著疗效. |

| Abstract：Objective To observe the efficacy of the liver and kidney soothing decoction for postmenopausal osteoporosis(PMO).Methods Sixty cases were randomized divided into 2 groups：treatment group that Was given home-made the liver and kidney soothing decoction,and control group that Was given oral alendronate sodium,alfa-caleidol.and Caltrate．Results The total efficacy in treatment group was 90%,and the remission rate was 96.7%.the total efficacy in control group Was 73.3%.and the remission rate was 83.3%．Bone mineral content Was improved in both groups.but with no statistical significance.Conclusion The liver and kidney soothing decoction has significant effect on postmenopausal osteoporosis． |
