目的 分析南昌地区20岁以上人群骨量变化规律及与骨代谢指标的相关性.方法 应用双能X线骨密度仪对南昌地区576例年龄为20~89岁人群进行腰椎(L1-4)、左股骨颈(Neck)、左前臂(Forearm)骨密度(BMD)测定,ELISA法检测血清BGP和CTX-I水平,直线相关分析BMD与血清BGP及CTX-I之间的关系.结果 ①女性腰椎、左股骨颈骨峰值在30~39岁年龄段,左前臂骨峰值在40~49岁年龄段;男性腰椎、左股骨颈、左前臂骨峰值均出现在30~39岁年龄段;峰值过后BMD逐渐下降.女性腰椎、左股骨颈BMD及男性腰椎、左股骨颈、左前臂BMD与血清CTX-I水平负相关(P均<0.05),与血清BGP无相关性.②南昌地区50~89岁人群骨质疏松症患病率男性为23.4%、女性为50.3%.结论 骨骼不同部位到达骨峰值年龄段不同,峰值骨量水平也不同;血清CTX-I水平可成为评价骨骼状态的指标. |

Abstract:Oblective To analyze the correlation of the alteration of bone mass and bone metabolic markers in residents aged more than 20 years ole in Nanchang.Methods BMDs of L1-4,the left femoral neck,and the left forearm were measured using dual energy X—ray absorptiometry(DEXA)in 576 residents aged 20-89 years old in Nanehang.The levels of serum BGP and CTX-1 were determined using ELISA method.The linear correlation between BMD and serum levels of BGP and CTX.1 was analyzed.Results①The peak bone mass(PBM)of L1-4 and the left femoral neck in females occurred in 30-39 years old group,the left forearm in 40-49 years old group.PBM of L1-4,the left femoral neck,and the left forearm in males all occurred in 30-39 years old group.BMD gradually decreased thereafter.A negative correlation was found between BMDs in the lumbar vertebra and the left femoral neck in females,BMDs in the lumbar vertebra,the left femoral neck,and the left forearm in males,and the serum CTX.I(P<0.05).No correlation was found between BMD and serum BGP.②The prevalence of OP in residents aged 50-89 years old was 23.4% in men and 50.3%in women,respectively,in Nanchang.Conclusion PBM of each skeleton site appeared in different age period。and the levels of PBM were different.Serum CTX-I level could be a marker for evaluating bone status. |
