目的 通过测定所得骨矿含量数值更好的评估骨强度,监测骨质疏松的发生、发展,提高高危患者骨折风险识别能力.方法 选取吉林省2375例50-89岁体检者运用美国OSTEOMETERDTX200周围骨骨密度测量仪测量受检者非受力侧前臂桡尺骨远端三分之一处的骨密度、骨矿含量,应用采用SPSS 17.0软件分析处理,数据用`x±S表示.进行统计分析.结果 男性50~59岁年龄组OP发生率为9.33%,女性为7.38%;60~69岁男性OP发生率为18.59%,女性为26.26%;70~79岁男性OP发生率为40.00%,女性为55.90%;80岁以上男性OP发生率63.93%,女性为71.42%.结论 提示随着年龄增加,男女骨密度及BMC均呈下降趋势,女性下降速度明显较男性快,OP发生率也随之增加,各年龄组之间OP发生率女性亦均高于男性;T值大于-1的受检者中有5.74%骨量丢失率在13%~24%之间,亦为骨量减少范围,这类人群远期骨质疏松症的发病率及骨折的发生率很高,故骨矿含量(BMC)在临床骨质疏松症的诊断、治疗、预防骨质疏松骨折发生等方面起着重要作用. |

Abstract:Objective To evaluate bone intensity,to monitor the occurrenee and development of osteoporosis(OP),and to increase the ability of identifying the patients at high risk of bone fracture by measuring the bone mineral content.Methods Bone mineral density(BMD)and bone mineral content (BMC)of the distal one-third of the radius and ulna of the non-dominant forearm were measured with a peripheral bone absorptiometry(Osteometer DTX200,USA)in 2375 cases aged from 50 to 89 years old in Jilin.Data were statistically analyzed witll SPSS 17.0 software and expressed as `x±s.Results The incidences of OP in males and females were 9.33%and 7.38%,respectively,in 50-59 years old group;1 8.59%and 26.26%,respectively,in 60-69 years old group;40.00%and 55.90%,respectively,in 70-79 years old group;and 63.93%and 71.42%,respectively,in over 80 years old group.The data suggested that BMD and BMC decreased as the age increased,and the decrease speed in females was significant faster than that in males.OP incidence was increased and it was higher in females than in males in all the age groups.The bone content loss in 5.74% of the old peopie whose T-score was more than-1 was between 13%-24%,which was in the range of bone mineral loss.The long-term occurrence of osteoporosis and the rate of bone fracture were high.So BMC played an important role in the diagnosis,treatment and prevention of osteoporosis and bone fracture. |
