      目的 探讨补肾方对去卵巢大鼠血清TRACP5b和BGP水平的改善作用。方法 6月龄雌性SD大鼠随机分为手术模型组、雌激素组、中药组和假手术组。造模成功后,中药组以补肾中药灌胃,1次/天;激素组给予尼尔雌醇灌胃,1次/周;手术模型组和假手术组给予蒸馏水灌胃,1次/天。治疗3个月,检测各组大鼠的骨密度和外周血清中的TRACP5b和BGP含量。结果 与手术模型组比较,中药组全身、腰椎骨密度明显改善(P<0.05),TRACP-5b水平显著降低(P<0.05),BGP含量明显上升(P<0.05)。结论 补肾方可以明显改善去卵巢大鼠骨密度水平,降低TRACP.5b水平,增加BGP含量;提示补肾方可以提高了体内雌激素水平,抑制骨的吸收,促进骨的形成。

      Abstract:Objective To study the preventing effect of the prescription of invigorating the kidney on serum TRACP5b and BLG in ovariectomized rats.Methods Six-month-old female SD rats were randomly divided into operation model group,estrogen group,traditional Chinese medicine group,and sham operating group.After establishing the model,rats in traditional Chinese medicine group were administered with the prescription of invigorating the kidney intragastrically once daily.Rats in estrogen group were given nilestriol intragastrically once weekly.Rats in operation model group and sham operation group were given distilled water once daily.After a 3-month treatment.bone mineral density and serum tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase 5b(TRACP5b)and osteocalcin(BLG)in rats of each group were measured. Results BMDs of the whole body and the lumbar vertebrae in rats of traditional Chinese medicine group were significantly higher than those in rats of operation model group(P<0.05).TRACP5b level was significantly reduced(P<0.05).BLG content was significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment with the prescription of invigorating the kidney significantly improved BMD,reduced TRACP5b level,and increased BGP content,of ovariectomized rats.It was suggested that the prescription of invigorating the kidney could increase estrogen level of the body,inhibit bone resorption,and promote bone formation.
