| 目的 探讨哈萨克族妇女骨密度(Bone mineral density，BMD)与慢性牙周炎的关系。方法 选择围绝经期哈萨克族妇女共65例，其中慢性牙周炎组45例，对照组20例。采用双能x线骨密度测量仪测量正位腰椎和左侧股骨颈的骨密度值，标准化曲面体层片测量下颌骨骨高度。牙周检查包括临床附着丧失(clinical attachment loss，CAL)、牙周袋探诊深度(periodontal probing depth，PPD)。结果 未发现慢性牙周炎组与对照组间腰椎BMD有差异；但两组股骨颈BMD、下颌骨骨高度之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；腰椎与股骨颈BMD均与下颌骨骨高度有相关性(r=0.237，P<0.05；r=0.188，P<0.05)，股骨颈BMD与CAL呈负相关(r=-0.255，P<0.05)。结论 围绝经期哈萨克族妇女全身骨密度降低可能是慢性牙周炎的危险因素之一。 |

| Abstract：Objective To assess the relationship between systemic bone mineral density(BMD)and chronic periodontitis．Methods The study included 65 peri-menopausal Kazak women，45 in the chronic periodontitis group and 20 in the control group．BMD of the femoral neck and the lumbar spine from anterior-posterior view was assessed using dual energy X-ray absorptiometry(DXA)．The height of the mandible bone was measured at the standard orbital topography films．The examination of periodontal status included clinical attachment loss(CAL)and periodontal probing depth(PPD). Results No significant difference was found in BMD at the lumbar spine between the chronic periodontitis group and control group．However，the difference of BMD of the femoral neck and the height of the mandible bone was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05)．The height of the mandible bone was correlated with BMDs of the lumbar spine and the femoral neck(r=0.237，P<0.05；r=0.188，P<0.05)．BMD ofthe femoral neck was negatively correlated with CAL(r=-0.255，P<0.05)．Conclusion The decrease of skeletal BMD may be one of the risk factors of chronic periodontitis in peri-menopausal Kazak women． |
