| 随着人口平均寿命的提高和社会老龄化的进程，骨质疏松症的发病率呈上升趋势，现已跃居各种常见病、多发病的第七位，成为中老年妇女骨痛骨折及因骨折致残、致死的主要原因之一，目前已成为危害人类健康的严重公共卫生问题。但是，骨质疏松症是可以预防的，通过开展骨质疏松防治的健康教育和健康促进，改变人们的不良习惯和行为，建立有利于骨骼健康的行为方式，达到无病防病，消除可控病因，才能降低骨质疏松的发生率、致残率和死亡率。因此，骨质疏松的健康教育需引起医务界重视、老百姓共识，才能使预防措施变得卓有成效。 |

| Abstract：The incidence of osteoporosis appears to be upward trend along with the increase of average life span in the society．Osteoporosis has been up to the seventh most popular diseases and the major cause of bone pain and bone fracture and bone fracture-related disability and death in middle-age and elder women．Osteoporosis has become a severe health-threatening public health problem currently. However,Osteoporosis is a preventive disease through health education and improvement for osteoporosis preventing and treatment，alteration of inappropriate habit by the people，and establishment of beneficial behavior for the bone health，in order to prevent from the disease and to diminish the disease risk factors，and to further decrease the incidence，the rate of disability，and the mortality．Therefore，the health education of osteoporosis needs to be paid more attention in the medical field and by the society people．Then the preventive method can be more effective． |
