| 目的分析比较切开复位内固定和手法复位石膏外固定治疗老年骨质疏松性桡骨远端骨折的 临床疗效和对骨质疏松的影响。方法回顾性的分析我院2004年1月至2011年1月老年骨质疏松 性桡骨远端骨折的62例患者，随机性分为石膏组38例和手术组24例，比较两种治疗方法对腕关节 功能和骨密度的影响。结果依据”?良Mcbride腕关节评分标准，切开复位内固定组功能恢复好，对 骨密度影响小。结论切开复位内固定较石膏外固定治疗老年骨质疏松性桡骨远端骨折更有优势。 |

| Objective To compare the effect of close reduction internal fixation and cast fixation for the treatment of osteoporotic distal radius fractures on the secondary osteoporosis and joint function of the diseased forearm. Methods The medical records of 62 osteoporotic distal radius fracture patients were retrospectively analyzed from January 2004 to January 2011. The patients were randomly divided into two groups, 38 patients in the cast group and 24 patients in the surgery group. The effect of two treatments on the wrist function and bone mineral density was compared. Results According to the modified Mcbride wrist joint score standard, the functional recovery in the internal fixation group was better with less influence to BMD. Conclusion Internal fixation is preferable to cast fixation for the treatment of distal radius fractures in elderly osteoporosis patients. |
