| 目的 评价云克治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的疗效。方法 93例绝经后骨质疏松症患者随机分为治疗组58例和对照组35例。治疗组采用云克注射治疗和服用维生素D制剂，10~15d为1个疗程，连续三个疗程；对照组常规口服钙剂。分别观察2组治疗前及治疗后3、6、12个月血中骨钙索(BGP)、骨特异性碱性磷酸酶(BALP)及骨密度(BMD)变化。结果 治疗组治疗3个月后BGP值开始下降，而BALP则在治疗后6个月逐渐降低，BMD值在治疗后12个月较治疗前增加，与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；对照组治疗前后3项指标均无差异。结论 云克对骨组织具有明显的导向性，抑制破骨细胞活性，抑制骨丢失，增加骨强度，对绝经后骨质疏松有较好疗效。 |

| Objective To evaluate the effect of YunKe on postmenopausal osteoporosis．Methods Ninety-three patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis were randomly divided into treatment group of 58 cases and the control group of 35 cases．Patients in the treatment group received YunKe and vitamin for 3 consecutive courses with 10~15 days for a course．Patients in the control Group received calcium only．Osteocalcin (BGP)，bone-specific alkaline phosphatase(BALP)，and bone mineral density(BMD)in 2 groups were determined before the treatment and 3, 6，12 months after the treatment．Results In the treatment group，BGP began to decline after 3 months
of the treatment，and BALP decreased after 6 months，and BMD increased after 12 months．The
difference was statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05)．There was no difference of three indicators in the control group before and after treatment．Conclusion YunKe has a clear orientation to bone tissue．It inhibits osteoclast activity，inhibits bone loss，increases bone strength，and has a good effect on the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis． |
