      近年来,随着同位素示踪技术的发展,其在钙吸收率的相关研究中也得到了越来越广泛的应用。双稳定同位索示踪技术是一种安全、操作简便、准确地测定人体钙吸收率的方法。尤其适合于对儿童青少年、孕妇,乳母等特殊生理人群的研究。本文就同位素示踪技术及其在测定人体钙吸收率中的应用进行了综述。

      Recently, with the development of isotope tracer technique,it has been widely used in the related research of calcium absorption.Double stable isotope tracer technique,which is a safe,easily operated,and accurate method to determine calcium absorption in humans,is especially suitable for children,adolescents,pregnant women,postpartum lactating women,and other special population.This paper reviews isotope tracer technique and its application in Determining human calcium absorptive activity.
