| 目的探讨应用DHS及药物治疗老年骨质疏松性股骨转子问骨折的治疗效果。方法回顾
性分析56例老年骨质疏松性转子问骨折经DHS内固定术及鲑鱼降钙素、阿法骨化醇、维D咀嚼钙片
联合治疗前后的x线片、肢体功能。结果经12个月以上随访，按Parker髋关节功能评分标准评价
术后功能恢复情况：优46例，良5例，可4例，差1例。优良率为91．1％。结论DHS结构坚强，有利
于骨折愈合。鲑鱼降钙素、阿法骨化醇、维D咀嚼钙片联合应用有利于预防骨质疏松，促进骨折的愈
合，降低手术并发症的发生率。 |

| Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of dynamic hip screw(DHS)for the treatment“
senile osteoporotie intertrochanteric fractures．Methods Retrospectively analysis of X-Hly results and limb
funetion of 56 patients with senile osteoporotic intertroehantefic fractures。who were treated with DHS
combined with salmon ealeitonin，alfacaleido[，．nd calcium tablets．Results After following up for more
than 12 months，the post—operative function of the hips were：excellent in 46 cases，good in 5 eases，fair in
4 cases，and poor in 1 case，according to Parker’S hip function score．The excellent—good rate WaS 91．1％．
Conclusion DHS is strong enough in structure，and is good for fracture healing．Combination of salmon
calcitoniu，alfacalcidol，．nd calcium tablets is helpful for prevention of ostecporosis，fracture healing，and
reduction of complications． |
