| 目的评价金乌骨胶囊联合雷尼酸锶治疗绝经后骨质疏松症有效性和安全性。方法选70
例绝经后妇女骨质疏松患者随机分治疗组与对照组各35饲；对照组给会乌骨胶囊，口服，3次／d，3
粒／次；治疗组在对照组基础上加用雷尼酸锶2mg／d，疗程14周；治疗前后检测采用超声骨密度仪测
左侧跟骨低骨量。结果两组绝经后妇女治疗后症状均有所减轻，骨密度较治疗前明显增加，骨折
风险减少(P<0．05)；临床疗效优于单用金乌骨胶囊组(P<0．05)，临床症状好转达97．14％。绪论
金乌骨胶囊联合雷尼酸锶治疗骨质疏松疗效比单一用药治疗效果及安全性更确切。 |

| Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the combined therapy of Jinwugu capsules and
strontium ranelate for the treatment of
postmenopausal osteoporosis．Methods Seventy patients with
postmenopausol osteoporosis wera selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group．
Patients in the control gmIlp were treated with Jinwugu capsules orally，3 times a day and 3 capsules a time．
Patients in the ffeatment group were added with strontium ranelate，2 mg／day for 14 weeks Oil basis of the
treatment in the control group．Bone mass of the left ealeoneus bone was measured using ultrasonic hone
mineral density instrument before and after treatment．Results Clinical symptoms of patients in beth groups
were obviously alleviated after the treatment．BMD of patients in both groups significantly increased after the
traaLment and the risk for fractures significantly decreased(P<0．05)．The clinical efficacy of patients in
the treatment group was superior to that in the control group and the rate of the clinical symptoms alleviation
w∞more than 97．14％(P<0．05)．Conclusion The efficacy and safety of the combined therapy
of
Jinwugu capsules and strontium ranelate are definitive than Jinwugu capsules usage alone． |
