| 目的研究及完善中山市老年人原发性骨质疏松症的流行病学情况。方法在中山市抽样检
查215例原发性骨质疏松症患者进行腰椎(L：．。)正侧位，双侧股骨近端骨密度检测，并按中医辨证思
维进行辨证，并做统计学分析。结果中山市老年人原发性骨质疏松症患者中医证型以肾阳虚证、
肾阴虚证为主，尚有较大部分患者为脾肾阳虚证、脾胃气虚证。结论男、女性都以肾虚型为主，其中
男性以肾阴虚证为主，女性以肾阳虚证为主。 |

| Objeetive To study the epidemiology of elderly primary osteoporotic patients in Zhongshan．Two
hundred and fifteen primary osteoporotic patients were chosen aB samples in ghongshan．The bone mineral
density(BMD)of the lumber vertebrae 2．-4 and the bilateral proximal femur were measured and
differentiated according to the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)pattern．After the statistical analysis，the
results indicated that TCM pattern of elderly primary osteopomtic patients in Zhongshan W88 mainly kidney
yang-deficiency and kidney yin·deficiency．TCM pattern of many other patients was spleen and kidney yang·
deficiency，spleen and stomach qi-deficiency．TCM pattern of both males and females wag mainly kidney
deficiency．Among those。kidney yin—deficiency was mainly in males and kidney yang—deficiency in females． |
