目的了解新疆维吾尔族、汉族中老年人维生素D的营养状况以及是否在民族间存在差异,
为指导老年人更加合理的补充维牛索D及预防骨质疏松性骨折的发生提供理论依据。方法采用
分层随机多级整群抽样方式,抽取新疆南疆、东疆、北疆、乌鲁木齐地区年龄≥55岁维吾尔族、汉族老
年人共计1729人,采用酶联免疫法对其进行血清25羟化维生素D(250HD)的检测。选择250HD<
lOt·g/ml、<15ng/ml、<20ng/ml不同测定值计算低维牛素D状态,比较民族间有无差异性。结果
1729名受试者年龄55—1ll岁,平均年龄(67.68±8.34)岁,其中维吾尔族895名,汉族834名,血清
250HD平均值为(8.63 4-4.54)nS/mL,呈正态分布。应用血清250HD三个测定值评估低维生素D状
态。结果维生素D缺乏或不足的现患牢分别为73.1%、91.O%和97.8%。维吾尔族和汉族测定的
血清250HD平均值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论结合新疆地区老年人群总体健康水平.低
维生索D状态测定值宜采用<15n}s/mL,低维生素D状态的流行率为91.O%。 |

0bjective To acknowledge the 25-hydroxyvitaminosis D(250HD)condition in elderly Uyghur
and Han people and to explore the ethnic difference in order to direct more appropriate application of vitamin
D and to provide the theoretic basis for the prevention of osteoporotic fractures in Xinjiang.Method Multi—
stage stratified random sampling method Wag used to choose 1729 elderly Uyghur and Han people in south,
east,and north Xinjiang and in Urumqi.Serum 250HD of samples was u!sted using ELISA.The low vitamin
D state was defined aecordins to three different values.the level of 250HD lower than 10n【∥ml,the level of
250HD lower than 15ng/ml,and the level of 250HD lower than 20ng/ml,respectively.The differences
between Uyghur and Han people were compared.Results The age of 1729 subjects(895 Uyghur and 834
Han)was from 55 to 111 years old,with the mean
250HD of 8.63±4.54 rig/mL.The results of low
age of 67.68±8.34 years old and the mean sernm
vitamin D status assessed with three different values
showed that the prevalence of vitamin D deficiency WaS 73.1%,91%,and 97.8%,respectively.The
results of scram 250H D had no significant difference between Uyghur and Han.Conclusion The
measurement value of low vitamin D status should adapt to lower than 15rIs/mL,combined with the total
healthy state of the elderly in Xinjiang.The prevalence of low vitamin D status is 91%. |
