| 目的了解受检人群的指骨骨密度(BMD)情况．为骨质疏松的防治计划奠定基础。方法通
过健康快车活动在2011年6月至2011年7月在浙江省对2510名志愿者(男性734人，女性1776人，
年龄范围20一85岁，平均为55．62±14．13岁)的指骨骨密度数据进行分析。结果受检人群骨量峰
值出现在35—40年龄组，男性>65岁和女性>50岁BMD低于35—40年龄组(P<0．05)；三指骨骨
密度有差别，MP3>MP2>MP4(F=493．647，P=0．000)：男性BMD高于女性(，=788．027，P=
0．000)。男性20一40年龄组骨质正常占86．32％，50—60年龄组骨质正常为80．86％，而到70一85
年龄组骨质正常只有56．02％；女性20一40年龄组骨质正常占88．51％。50—60年龄组骨质正常为
52．29％．而到70一85年龄组骨质正常只有13．27％。结论浙江省受检人群的指骨BMD有明显的
性别和年龄差异，其中女性>50岁指骨BMD呈直线下降趋势，应加强对这一人群骨质疏松的预防和
治疗：指骨骨密度仪筒易、快速、便携、有效，作为普查T具具有一定的可行性。 |

| Objeetive To study the bone mineral density(BMD)of the testing population。and to lay the
foundation for preventing and treating osteoporosis．Method The data of phalangeal BMD of 2510 residents(734
males and 1776 females．age from 20 to 85，55．62±14．13 in average)in Zhejiang province were collected and
analyzed．from June 201l to July 2011，Result The peak phalangenl BMD(MP2-4】of the lion-dominant hand
occurred in the age of 35-40 years old．Phalangenl BMD in males after 65 years old and females after 50 years old
walt lower than that in the peak value p．oup(P
MP2>MP4(，=493．647，P=0．000)．Phalangeal BMD in malesⅧhig}ler than that in females．In males，
normal BMD occurred in 86．32％of 20-40 years old group．in 80，86％of 50-60 years old group。and in 56．。2％
of 70一85 years old group．In females，normal BMD occurred in 88．51％of20-40 years old group，in 52．29％of
50-60 years group．and in 13．27％of 70彤years old group．Conclusion The phalangeal BM D is significantly
different people of different SeX and age．It sharply descends in females after 50 years old．The prevention and
treatment of osteoporosis should be strengthened in the population．Phalangeal BMD testing is simple，rapid，
portable，and efficient，∞it could be used∞screening t001． |
