      近年来,随着脂肪组织内分泌功能的发现,瘦素的发现并克隆使骨代谢研究取得了突破性的进 展。瘦素与骨质疏松症的关系已成为新的研究热点。瘦素调节骨代谢作用机制复杂,涉及到神经,体 液及多因素的综合。瘦素可通过多种内分泌网子间接影响骨量,瘦素可促进甲状腺激素分泌,后者 能直接刺激成骨细胞的活性从而促进成骨.瘦素可抑制糖皮质激素分泌.后者可通过抑制成骨细胞 的增殖与分化,促进破骨细胞的分化等多种途径导致骨丢失;瘦素可促进牛长激素(GH)的释放。后 者可促进骨形成;瘦索还可促进雌激素和雄激素的分泌,其中雌激素可抑制骨吸收,雄激素可促进骨形成而增加骨量。总而言之,瘦素对骨的作用广泛而复杂,涉及神经及体液调节的多个方面,各种作 用之间的相互协调是维持骨量恒定的关键所在。尤其是瘦素对于交感神经的调节,瘦素通过交感神 经作用在骨上的效应器——成骨细胞,且作用受体是B2受体,引起广大学者的浓厚兴趣,有望成为 新的作用靶点。从而为新药物的研发提供更为广阔的思路,使得瘦素有望为骨质疏松症的防治提供 一个新的靶点。本文回顾国内外文献。对于骨质疏松和瘦素之间的关系作一简要综述。

      In recent years,with the discovery of the endocrine function of adipose tissue and leptin and its cloning,research of bone metabolism has achieved breakthrot。gh progress.The relationship between leptin and osteoporosis has become a new research hot spot.Leptin can affect bone maa$through many endocrine factors.Leptin can promote the secretion of thyroid hormone to directly stimulate the activity of ostcoblasts to promote bone.Leptin can inhibit the secretion of cortical hormone to inhibit the proliferation and differentiation of osteoblasts and to promote the differentiation of osteoclast to lead to bone loss.Leptin can promote the release of growth hormone(GH)to promote bone formation.Leptin can also promote the secretion of estrogen and androgen.Estrogen can inhibit bone resorption and androgen can promote bone formation to increases bone msgs.In shoa,the role of leptin in bone is extensive and complex,involving various aspects of nerve and body fluid regulation.The interaction of these factors is the key to maintain bone mass.Especially the regulation of leptin on sympathetic nerve th rough beta 2 receptor of osteoblasts has become a new drug target and this provides a new idea to develop new drugs.Leptin can be a new target for the treatment of osteoporosis.This paper reviews the relationship between leptin and osteoporosis according to national and intemational literatures.
