      震荡渡(shock wave,SW)是一种在介质中传播的不连续峰,这个峰导致介质的压强、温度、密度 等物理性质的跳跃式改变。骨髓间充质十细胞(bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells.BMSCs)分化异 常与骨术连、骨折延迟愈合和骨质疏松症的发生有着密切关系。研究发现震荡波可调节MSCs向成 骨方向分化,但具体调控机制尚未完全阐明。进一步深入研究震荡波在MSCs分化过程中的作用,全 斌了解MSCs分化的机制。对骨不连、骨折延迟愈合和骨质疏松症的预防和治疗有重要意义。
英文摘要:
      Shock wave(SW)is an inconsecutive spike spread in the medium.The spike leads to the salutatory change of pressure,temperature。and density of the medium.The abnormal differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells has close relationship with bone union disturbance,hip necrosis,and oateaporosis.Recently,it has been found that shock WaVe can regulate the differentiation of MSCs into the esteoblast.However,the accurate regulatory mechanism has not been completely elucidated.Further studies for the role of shock wave in the differentiation of MSC and comprehensively understanding of the mechanism are very important in the prevention and treatment of bone union disturbance,hip necrosis,and oateoporosia.
