| 目的探讨骨质疏松和并胸腰椎骨折的治疗方式。方法： 回顾性分析骨质疏松和并胸腰椎
骨折的各种治疗方案。结果：骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折的致痛机制尚未明确。传统非手术治疗方法
没有很好的治疗效果。常常需要手术干预。结论：骨质疏松是一种退变性的代谢性骨骼疾病，在临
床治疗过程中不应当只注重手术治疗本身，还应该重视抗骨质疏松药物的应用。 |

| 0blecdye To investigate the treatment of osteoporosis combined with thoracotumbar fmchlrea．
Methods A retrospective analysis Wills performed in the treatment protocol of osteoporosis combined with
thoracic vertebral fractures．Results：The pain mechanism of asteoporotie thoraeolumbar fractures WaS not
clear yet．Traditional non·8urgical treatment had not very good therapeutic effect．and it often required
surgical intervention．Conclusion： Osteoporosis is a degenerative metabolic bone disease．In the clinical
course of the treatment，one should not only focus on the surgery，but should also pay attention to the
application of anti-osteoporosis drugs． |
