      目的成骨生长肽(osteogenic growth peptide,OGP10-14 )在不同重力条件下对成骨细胞增殖、分 化的影响。方法利用MTT实验和alkaline phosphatase( ALP )实验分别测定OGPl0.l4在不同重力条件下对成骨细胞的增殖、分化效应。结果在正常条件下,10-12mol/L及10-8mol/L OGP10-14能够显著促进成骨细胞的增殖(P<0.05 ),最大效应浓度是10-12mol/L,而且10 -12mol/L的OGP10-14显著促进成 骨细胞的ALP活性。在微重力条件下,10-8mol/L OGP10-14诱导48 h后,促进细胞增殖作用最强。结论在不同重力条件下,10-8Mol/L 0GP10-14对成骨细胞的增殖与分化具有促进作用。在正常条件下, 10-12mol/L的OGP10-14显著促进成骨细胞的ALP活性。

      Objective To explore the effect of osteogenic growth pepLide ( OGP10-14 ) on The prolifiraLion and differenLiation of osteoblasts under different microgravities. Methods The effects of OGP10-14 on The proliferation and different miation of osteoblasts were measured using MTT and ALP test under different micrograviLies. Results The proliferaLion of osteoblasts was effecLively promoted by OGP10-14 at the concenLraLions of 10 -8 moi / L and 10-12 mol / L ( p < 0. 05 ) in normal environment,and Lhe maximum effecLive concenLraLion was 10 mol / L. OGPn^aL Lhe concenLraLion of 10 匕 mol/L could significanLly promoLed ALP acLiviLy. The proliferaLion of osLeoblasLs was effecLively promoted by OGP1o_14 at the concentration of 10 8 mol/L afLer induced in micrograviLic environmenL for 48 hours. Conclusion OGP10.14 at the concenLraLion of 10 8 mol/L can promoLe Lhe proliferaLion and differenLaLion under differenL micrograviLy environmenL. OGP10-14 at concenLraLion of 10-12 mol/L can significanLly promoLe ALP acLiviLy under Lhe normal condiLion.
