目的探讨高甘油三酷及非诺贝特对老年雌性大鼠骨密度的影响。方法老年雌性大鼠30 只随机分为3组:果糖组、非诺贝特组和普饲组,果糖组在普通饲料的基础上加人果糖,非诺贝特组在 果糖的基础上加人非诺贝特。12周后取血处死,测血甘油三酷水平,留右侧股骨和第3~6腰椎测骨 密度。结果果糖组的甘油三酷水平高于非诺贝特组和普饲组(孕孕均<0.01 );后两组间的甘油三酷 水平无统计学差异。果糖组的腰椎和股骨的骨密度均低于非诺贝特组和普饲组(孕孕均<0.01 );后两 组两个部位的骨密度均无统计学差异。结论高甘油三酷可以引起老年雌性大鼠骨质疏松,使用非 诺贝特可以防治此类骨质疏松。 |

Objective To explore the effects of hypertrigiyceridemia and fenofibrate Lreatment on bone mineral density ( BMD ). Methods Elderly female faLs were divided into 3 groups, fructose group, fenofibrate group, and ordinary group according to their diet. All rats were sacrificed after 12 weeks. Blood triglyceride and BMD of the righL femur and the lumbar vertebra 3-6 were measured. Results Triglyceride level was higher in fructose group than in fenofibrate group and ordinary group (P < 0. 01 ). BMD of both sites in fructose group were lower than that in fenofibrate group and ordinary group (P < 0. 01 ). There was no difference of BMD between the laLer two groups. Conclusion HyperLriglyceridemia causes osteoporosis in elderly female faLs and fenofibrate can prevent hypertriglycerid-iia-induced osteoporosis. |
