| osteoporosis ( 0P ) is a common senile disease. Anmial model， especially rodent model， has been considered as a signif.icant method to investigate and to treat OP. Due to the unprecedented application in bone physiology in recent years，mouse OP model has drawn more and more attenLion. This review collects and summarizes the estabiishment of mouse OP model and the evaluation and selection of the model，in order to provide references in future study on model estaWishment and key indices selection. |
