| 目的探讨老年男性代谢综合征（MS)与骨质疏松症（OP)的关系。方法采用双能X线法检 测220例老年男性骨密度（BMD)，根据是否合并代谢综合征分组，测量体质量（kg、腰围（WC)、血压 (BP)，全自动生化分析仪测定空腹血糖（FPG)、甘油三酷（TG)、胆固醇（TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C)。比较两组骨密度、T值及骨质疏松发生情况。LogSc回归 分析代谢综合征与骨质疏松症的关系。结果与非MS组相比，MS组患者BMI、WC、SBP、FPG、TC、 LDL-C水平明显增高（P <0. 05 )，MS组BMD、T值均明显降低，OP患病率明显增高（P <0. 05 )。 Logistic 回归分析显示增龄（OR = 1.75，95CI 1.09 - 2.82)、代谢综合征（OR = 1.92，95CI:1.24 - 2.97)均为老年男性骨质疏松的危险因素（P <0. 05 )。结论老年男性MS与OP关系密切，须重视 MS患者中OP的筛查与防治。 |

| Objective To investigate the relationship between metabolic syndrome ( MS) and osteoporosis (OP) in elderly men. Methods Bone mineral density ( BMD) of 220 elderly male patients was detected using dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry. The patients were divided into two groups according to with or without MS. Body weight ( Kg)， waist circumference ( WC )， and blood pressure ( BP) were measured. Fasting plasma glucose ( FPG)， triglyceride ( TG )， cholesterol ( TC )， low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C)， and high density lipoprotein cholesterol ( HDL-C) were tested using an automatic biochemical analyzer. BMD，T-score，and the incidence of OP in both groups were compared. The relationship between MS and OP was analyzed with logistic regression. Results Compared to those in non-MS group，BMI，WC， SBP， FPG，TC，and LDL-C levels in MS group were significantly higher (P <0 05 ). BMD and T-score in MS group were significantly lower, and the prevalence of OPwas significantly higher ( P < 0. 05 ) . Logistic regression analysis showed that increasing age ( OR = 1. 75，95% CI: 1. 09 - 2. 82 ) and MS ( OR = 1. 92， 95% CI: 1. 24 - 2. 97 ) were risk factors for elderly men with OP ( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion There is a close relationship between MS and OP in elderly patients. We must pay attention to screen and prevent OP in patients with MS. |
