| 目的探讨女性医院访问者绝经期前后骨密度的状态。方法在医院前门外随机抽查了到访 医院的100名女性（医院访问者），经询问均非来医院就诊或正在住院的病人，多数人是来探视病人 或陪同亲人看病者，少数人为问询其它情况者，还有少数人系医院职工，我们按20 ~44岁\45 ~59 岁、60 ~69岁将她们分为三组，20 ~44岁组共计51人，45 ~ 59岁组共计四人，60 ~69岁组共计20 人。比较三组女性人群的骨密度差异。结果腰椎骨密度平均值20~44岁人群组为：1.01176 1 0. 158721，45 ~59 岁人群组为：0. 95817 ±0. 137513，60 ~ 69 人群组为：0. 77615 ±0. 154259。20 ~ 44 岁 人群组与45 ~ 59岁人群组比较，无显著差异，户>0.05。20 ~44岁人群组与60 ~ 69人群组比较，有非 常显著差异，P <0.01。45 ~59岁人群组与60 ~69人群组比较，有非常显著差异，P <0. 01。髋部骨 密度平均值 20 ~44 岁人群组为：0. 87412 ± 0. 130453，45 ~ 59 岁人群组为：0. 8603 ± 0. 0908091，60 ~ 69人群组为：0. 68795 ±0. 113728。20 ~44岁人群组与45 ~ 59岁人群组比较，无显著差异，P >0. 05。 20 -44岁人群组与60 ~ 69人群组比较，有非常显著差异，P <0. 01，45 ~59岁人群组与60 ~69人群 组比较，有非常显著差异，P<0. 01。结论45-559岁人群与20-44岁人群组比较，骨量下降尚不十 分明显，60 ~69岁女性的骨密度与20 ~44岁和45 ~59岁女性相比，则有十分明显下降。 |

| Objective To explore the status of bone mineral density ( BMD ) of female hospital visitors before and after menopause. Methods One hundred female hospital visitors for the patients or accompanies， who were neither in-door nor out-door patients，were randomly selected. A few of those were inquirers or hospital staff. All the subjects were divided into two groups. The group of 20 ?49 years old had 60 people while the group of 50 ~ 69 years old contained 40 people. The BMD between women in both groups was compared. Results BMD of the lumbar vertebrae in the group of 20 ?49 years old and of 50 ?69 years old was 1. 0104 ± 0. 0241 and 0. 8571 ± 0. 0269，respectively. The difference was significant ( P < 0. 01 ). BMD of the hip in the group of 20 ~ 49 years old and the group of 50 ~ 69 years old was 0. 8746 ± 0. 015 and 0. 7723 ± 0. 0181，respectively. The diference was significant (P < 0. 01). Conclusion BMD of women at the age of 50 ~ 69 years old decreases significantly than that of 20 - 49 years old women. |
