| We have gained a full understanding about the widespread application of bone biomechanics in both clinical work and basic researches in orthopedics by consulting numerous literatures. This review provides a scientific and strong theoretical basis for the solution of the musculoskeletal system problems in clinical and basic research， and builds a solid theoretical foundation for the treatment with traditional Chinese medicine ( TCM) characteristic therapy.
