骨质疏松是一种全身性代谢性骨病,其主要的病理生理改变是骨量调节紊乱所致的骨量减少, 具体分子机制目前尚未阐明。近期研究证实,在成骨细胞和破骨细胞表面均存在肾上腺素能受体,可 以受到交感神经系统(sympathetic nervous system,SNS )的直接和间接调控。本文现就目前SNS对骨 量调控的机制及其在骨质疏松性疾病发生中的作用的研究进展做一综述。 |

Osteoporosis is a systemic metabolic bone disease. Bone loss caused by the disorder of bone mass regulation is the main physiopathologic change, and the specific molecular mechanism is not clear yet. Recent studies have confirmed that there are adrenergic receptors on thesurface of both osteoblasts and osteoclasts. They are directly or indirectly regulated by sympathetic nervous system ( SNS) . This paper reviews the research development of the mechanism of sympathetic nervous system in regulating bone mass and its role in osteoporotic diseases. |
