| 0steoporotic vertebral fracture is a common disease. Imaging examinaLion and diagnosis is one of the miportant issues in the diagnosis and managemeiU of osteoporosis. I^ might be noted that vertebral osteoporosis is someUmes smiilar to other vertebral diseases in temis of mi aging appearances while the diagnosis of these diseases is different. Some infomiation about the identification of mi aging features and differential diagnosis of vertebral lesions and osteoporosis wilh X-ray，CT and MRI were summarized in this paper，w hich are hoped to be helpful for clinicians on mi aging differen tial diagnosis of vertebral fractures caused by osteoporosis and other bone lesions. |
