| 目的探讨初诊2型糖尿病患者早期动脉硬化与骨密度的关系。方法初诊2型糖尿病125 例，按照骨密度分类标准分为骨量正常组、骨量减低组和骨质疏松组，测定血压、体重指数、腰围、腰臀 比、空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素、总胆固醇、甘油三脂、HDL-C、LDL-C及胰岛素抵抗指数（H0MA-IR )。并 测定颈股脉搏波传导速度（cf-PWV)，心踝血管指数（CAVI)、踝臂指数（ABI)及依赖性血管内皮舒张 功能（EDD )。结果骨质疏松组的体重指数、腰围、腰臀比均低于骨量减低组和骨量正常组（孕< 0.05或孕<0.01 )，年龄、空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素及H0MA-IR高于后两组（孕<0.05或孕<0.01 )。骨 质疏松组cf-PWV、CAVI均显著高于骨量减低组和正常骨量组（孕<0. 05或孕<0.01 )，而ABI和EDD 显著低于后两组（孕<0.05 )，各项动脉硬化指标在骨量减低组和正常骨量组比较无统计学差异。偏 相关分析显示，在控制年龄、性别及各项代谢性指标等因素后，骨密度与EDD明显负相关（则越- 0. 312，<0. 01 )，与cf-PWV和CAVI呈显著正相关（则越0. 395和0. 252，均孕<0.01 )，与ABI未显示 相关性。结论2型糖尿病患者早期动脉硬化与骨密度水平存在相关性 |

| Objective To investigaLe the relationship hetween early arteriosclerosis and bone mineral density ( BMD ) in patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes meUitus. Methods One hundred and twenty-i.ive patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes meUitus were divided into normal BMD group ( n = 33 )，low BMD group ( n =52 )，and osteoporosis group ( n =40 ). Blood pressure，body mass index , waist circumi.erence，and waist-hip ratio were measured. Concen trations of fasting serum glucose，fas ting insulin， total cholesterol， triglyceride，HDL-C， and LDL-C， and insulin resisLance index ( HOMA-IR ) were examined. CaroLid-femoral pulse wave v elociLy ( cf-PWV )， cardio-ankle vascular index ( CAVI )， ankle- brachial index (A BI )， and now-mediated endoThelium-dependent dilatation (EDD ) were tested. Results The body mass index，waist circ-iference^ waisL-hip raLio in osLeoporosis group were significanLly lower Lhan Lhose in boLh normal BMD group and low BMD group (p<0. 05 or p <0. 01 ). BuL Lhe age， concentraLions of fasLing serum glucose and fasLing insulin， and HOMA-IR were significanLly higher Lhan Lhose in the latter two groups (p < 0. 05 or p <0.01 ). The cf-PWV and CAVI in osLeoporosis group were significanLly higher than those in low BMD group and normal BMD group (p < 0. 05，p < 0. 01 ). BuL ABI and EDD were significantly lower than those in the latter two groups (p < 0. 05 ). All the parameters of arteriosclerosis in both km BMD group and normal BMD group did not show any significant differences.
