| 随着人口老年化问题的出现，老年人骨质疏松逐渐受到社会各界的关注，目前我国骨质疏松症病人约有8400万，骨质疏松症并发骨折的发病率为9.6%,并有逐年增高的趋势，有研究指出应将防止骨折的焦点从预防骨质疏松转为防止跌倒。本文试从体育锻炼、居家环境、健康教育等方面来阐述骨质疏松症老年人预防跌倒的措施。其目的是为了预防社区骨质疏松症老人跌倒后带来的一 系列并发症，提高老年人生活质量。 |

| With the rising problem of aging population，attention from the whole society is gradually paid to the elderly people with osteoporosis. Now,there are about 84 million osteoporosis patients in China. The incidence of fractures caused by osteoporosis is 9.6%, and it has a trend of increase year by year. Some researches propose that the focus of fracture prevention should be shifted from the prevention of osteoporosis to the prevention of falls. This paper reviews the measures of preventing falls in elderly people with osteoporosis from the aspects of physical exercise, home environment, and health education， in order to prevent series of complications caused by the falls in elderly people with osteoporosis and to improve the life quality of elderly people. |
