| 骨质疏松症是炎症性肠病的晚期并发症之一。随着炎症性肠病的发生和发展，骨质疏松症的发病率逐渐增多。多种因素参与了炎症性肠病诱发骨量减少、骨质疏松，其中包括糖皮质激素、吸收不良及细胞因子等。因此，本文针对炎症性肠病诱发骨质疏松症的机制进行综述。 |

| Decreased bone mineral density and osteoporosis is a frequent finding in patients with inflammatory bowel disease ( IBD ). With the development of IBD， the incidence of osteoporosis is increasing. Many risk factors are involved in this process， including Malabsorption of vitamin D， calcium， vitamin K and other nutrients，steroid use and increase of inflammatory cytokines. In this review， we discuss the molecular pathways involved in the process of osteoporosis in IBD patients. |
