| 目的探讨股骨头缺血性坏死与骨质疏松的关系。方法选用法国MEDL公司生产的 0STE0C0RE 3双能载线骨密度检测仪检测我院就诊的股骨头缺血性坏死患者88例。结果股骨头 缺血性坏患者合并骨质疏松发病率高达56.815%_，骨量减少35.22%_，正常仅占7.95%_。与对照组比 较差异有统计学意义，p<0.005。结论股骨头缺血性坏死患者有着骨质疏松高发病率，对股骨头 缺血性坏死患者应加强骨密度的检测、加强对骨质疏松的预防，同时应积极治疗骨质疏松。 |

| Objective To invesLigaLe the relationship hetween avascular necrosis of Lhe remoral head and osteoporosis. Methods Bone mineral density ( BMD ) of 88 patients with avascular necrosis of the remoral head，who were treated in our hospital from June 2011 to June 2012，was detected using 0STE0C0RE3 dual energy X ray ( DXA，MEDL Co. ，France). Results The incidence of osLeoporosis in patienLs with avascular necrosis of Lhe feioral head was as high as 56.81%'. The incidence of osteopenia was 35.22%'， while the normal raLe was only 7. 95%' . The results had significant diilerence with those in healthy control group (p <0. 005 ). Conclusion The incidence of osteoporosis in patients with avascular necrosis of the feioral head is high. The detection of BMD and the prevention of osLeoporosis should be strengthened in paLients with avascular necrosis of the femorai head. The osLeoporosis in these patients should be treated actively. |
