| 目的 观察臭氧联合降钙素治疗骨质疏松相关性腰背痛的疗效。方法 将80 例患者随机分为试验组和对照组，分别给予降钙素和臭氧联合降钙素治疗，12 w后观察疼痛与躯体功能改善情况、骨密度（BMD）和生化指标变化及不良反应。结果 试验组1月内疼痛与躯体功能改善情况与对照组相比有差异有显著的统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗组与对照组在骨密度、生化指标方面治疗前、后均无显著性差异（P＞0.05）。结论 臭氧联合降钙素治疗骨质疏松相关性腰背痛疗效与单纯应用降钙素相似，但其可以显著提高短时间内的镇痛疗效和改善躯体功能。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of calcitonin combined with ozone for the treatment of osteoporosis-related back pain. Methods A total of 80 patients with osteoporosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Patients in treatment group were treated with calcitonin combined with ozone. Patients in control group were just treated with calcitonin. After 12-week treatment, the alleviation of pain, the improvement of physical function, the changes of bone mineral density (BMD) and biochemical index, and adverse drug reactions were observed. Results The alleviation of pain and the improvement of physical function in treatment group were significantly different comparing to those in control group after 1-month treatment (P<0.05). No significant difference in BMD and biochemical index was observed in both groups before and after the treatment (P>0.05). Conclusion The efficacy of calcitonin combined with ozone for the treatment of osteoporosis-related back pain is similar to that of single use of calcitonin. But the analgesic efficacy and physical function can be significantly improved in a short time. |
