      目的 应用有限元数字化建模分析法探讨PVP治疗老年骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折时病椎注射骨水泥后应力分布的变化情况。方法 筛选L2椎体骨折老年骨质疏松压缩性骨折患者7名,病椎双侧分别注射6ml的骨水泥,分析患者术前、术后CT。利用有限元分析方法,建立各病椎及相邻椎体的术前、术后的有限元模型。结果 骨水泥注射后上下终板的应力均增加,应力主要分布区域为椎体中部,随着骨水泥容量增加,上、下终板应力区域增加。结论 有限元数字化建模可以有效分析老年骨质疏松压缩性骨折PVP生物力学的改变。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the changes of stress distribution after bone cement injection during PVP, the treatment for patients with senile osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures, by using finite element digital modeling analysis. Methods Seven patients with senile osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures in L2 vertebral body were selected. A volume of 6ml bone cement was injected in bilateral sides of L2 vertebrae, respectively. CT data of each patient before and after the operation were analyzed. Finite element digital models of both L2 and its adjacent vertebrae before and after the operation were established using finite element analysis method. Results After the injection of bone cement, stress on both the upper and the lower end plates was increased. The stress was mainly distributed on the vertebral body. And the stress on both the upper and the lower end plates increased along with the increasing of bone cement volume. Conclusion Finite element digital modeling is effective on analyzing the changes of biomechanics in patients with senile osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures after PVP treatment.
