      缝隙连接(gap junction,GJ)是相邻细胞间传导通讯的一种特殊膜通道结构,缝隙连接在骨组织中各细胞间物质及信号传导通讯中起了重要的作用.本文从缝隙连接通讯(GJIC)及connexin43(Cx43)在骨质疏松及相关疾病的研究进展进行综述.

      Gap junction (GJ) is a special kind of membrane channel, which conduct communication among adjacent cells. GJ plays an important role in intercellular substance and signal transmission and communication in the bone tissue. This paper reviews the research progress of gap junction intercellular communication (GJIC) and Cx43 in osteoporosis and related diseases.
