| 中医"治未病"是预防疾病的发生和发展,防患于未然的预防保健学思想,即未病之前,防止疾病的发生,已病之后,防止疾病的传变,强调了防重于治的养生保健谋略.随着人口老龄化,骨质疏松症发病率日益增高,本文探讨了以"治未病"的理论为指导,引入到骨质疏松症的养生保健、预防康复中,对降低骨质疏松症的发病率,减少骨折与致残的发生,提高生活质量具有积极意义. |

| The theory of treating non-current disease is a preventive care theory that the occurrence and development of diseases can be precluded. It emphasizes the importance of prevention than cure in fit-keep and health-care strategy. With the aging of the population, the incidence of osteoporosis is increasing. This article discusses the application of the theory of treating the non-current disease on health care, rehabilitation of osteoporosis, and nursing based on syndrome differentiation, in order to reduce the incidence of osteoporosis, to reduce fractures and disability, and to improve the quality of life. |
