| 目的 回顾分析采用第一跖骨基底部截骨手术、术后联合抗骨质疏松药物治疗妇女绝经后骨质疏松足母外翻的疗效。 方法 采用跖骨截骨术治疗足母外翻45例48足，术后应用抗骨质疏松药物治疗25 例 27 足，20例21足为对照组。 结果 术后足母外翻角、第一、二跖骨间角、第四、五跖骨间角较术前均有显著改善（P<0.05）。Maryland系统评价治疗组优：13例13足，良：10例12足，可：2例2足。对照组优：3例3足，良：4例5足，可：12例12足，差1例1足。抗骨质疏松药物治疗组明显优于对照组 结论 对于绝经后骨质疏松的足母外翻患者，应用抗骨质疏松药物配合手术治疗可获得良好的效果。 |

| Objective To retrospectively analyze the effect of metatarsal osteotomy combined with anti-osteoporotic drugs in the treatment of osteoporotic hallux valgus in postmenopausal women. Methods Forty-eight feet of 45 patients received metatarsal osteotomy for the treatment of hallux valgus. Among them, 27 feet of 25 patients were treated with postoperative anti-osteoporotic drugs, and 21 feet of 20 patients were in control group. Results The hallux valgus angle, the inner angle between the 1st and the 2nd metatarsal bone, and the inner angle between the 4th and the 5th metatarsal bone were significantly improved than those before the operation (P<0.05). According to Maryland evaluation system, 13 feet of 13 patients were excellent, 12 feet of 10 patients were good, and 2 feet of 2 patients were OK in treatment group. In control group, 3 feet of 3 patients were excellent, 5 feet of 4 patients were good, 12 feet of 12 patients were OK, and 1 foot of 1 patient was bad. The efficacy in anti-osteoporotic drug group was obviously better than that in control group. Conclusion Operation combined with anti-osteoporotic drugs can achieve better effect on the treatment of osteoporotic hallux valgus in postmenopausal women. |
