| 股骨干不典型骨折是相对于通常股骨干骨折而言的，是指在没有明显暴力外伤情况下发生的骨折,并且排除了骨质疏松性骨折及病理性骨折。本文报道患者在没有暴力外伤、股骨干皮质增厚的情况下发生了股骨干骨折。为什么在没有暴力外伤、股骨干皮质增厚的情况下会发生通常只会发生在有暴力外伤的情况下才会发生的股骨干骨折呢？我们详细回顾了该患者的病史，发现该患者在长期服用抗骨质疏松药福善美，该不典型股骨骨折是否与长期服用福善美有关？本文就此回顾了相关文献，以期提醒临床实践中关注此问题并逐渐明确二者是否相关。 |

| Atypical femoral shaft fractures, which are generally in opposition to ordinary femoral shaft fractures, refer to femoral shaft fractures occurred without obvious violent trauma, excluding osteoporotic fractures and pathologic fractures. The patient in this report had femoral shaft fracture without any violent trauma and thickened femoral cortex. Why did femoral shaft fractures which usually occurred under the circumstance of violent trauma, occur in the situation without any violent trauma and with thickened femoral cortex? We reviewed her history in detail and found that the patient had a long-term use of Fosamax, an anti-osteoporotic drug. Did the fracture have the relation with the long-term use of Fosamax? We review the related literatures, in order to remind doctors to focus on this issue in clinical work and to elucidate the relationship between Fosamax therapy and femoral shaft fractures. |
