| 骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折是一种因骨质疏松症而导致的常见骨折，其病死率和致残率较高。近年来针对股骨粗隆间骨折治疗的内固定有了新的发展，新的理念和方法层出不穷，但一部分骨科医生，仅着眼于手术治疗，而忽略了药物治疗在骨质疏松性骨折中的重要作用，故本文就骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折的综合治疗做一综述。 |

| Osteoporotic intertrochanteric fracture is a common kind of osteoporotic fracture. Its fatality rate and disability rate is relatively high. In recent years, the treatment of intertrochanteric osteoporotic fractures with internalfixation devices and technique has been improved greatly. New theory and methods are emerging. However, some orthopedists only focus on surgical treatment, while ignoring the important role of drug treatment in osteoporotic fractures. This review summaries the latest research progress in the comprehensive treatment of osteoporotic fractures. |
