| 目的 研究复方α-酮酸对腹膜透析患者血钙、血磷、甲状旁腺激素异常的影响.方法 将腹膜透析的终末期肾脏病患者随机分为2组,治疗组给予复方α-酮酸,对照组给予碳酸钙D3,3个月后测定患者的血钙、血磷、白蛋白和甲状旁腺激素(PTH).结果 治疗组血磷的降低值平均为(0.47 ±0.21)mmol/L(P ＜0.05),白蛋白的升高值为(9.57 ±2.89) g/L(P＜0.01),和对照组相比差异有统计学意义；血钙的升高值平均为(0.53±0.28) mmol/L,血PTH的降低值平均为(188.53 ± 89.51) pg/ml,和对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 和经典钙剂碳酸钙D3相比,对使用生理钙腹膜透析液的患者,复方α-酮酸同样可以升高血钙、降低PTH,且升高白蛋白、降低血磷的作用更明显. |

| Objective To study the effect of α-ketonic acid on serum calcium, phosphous, and parathyroid hormone (PTH) in patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis. Methods Patients with end-stage kidney diseases, who received peritoneal dialysis, were randomly divided into 2 groups. Patients in treatment group were given α-ketonic acid, and patients in control group were given calcium carbonate D3. Three months later, the concentrations of serum calcium, phosphorus, albumin, and PTH were detected. Results The reduced value of serum phosphorus in treatment group was 0.47±0.21 mmol/L (P<0.05), and the increased value of albumin was 9.57±2.89 g/L (P<0.01), which was significantly different with that in control group. The increased value of serum calcium was 0.53±0.28 mmol/L, and the reduced value of PTH was 188.53±89.51 pg/ml, which showed no significant difference compared with that in control group (P>0.05). Conclusion Compared with calcium carbonate D3, for patients using physiological calcium peritoneal dialysis fluid, α-ketonic acid could increase serum calcium but reduce serum PTH. And the effect of increasing albumin and reducing phosphorus was more obvious. |
