| 目的 了解北京地区从事银行工作的退休人员骨密度基本情况,为预防及治疗骨质疏松症提供基础依据.方法 对北京市商业银行已退休的人员进行腰椎、股骨颈、股骨大转子等部位的骨密度检测,分析骨密度值随年龄的变化而变化的规律.结果 北京市商业银行已退休人员中女性骨密度值随着年龄的增高而先增高后降低,总体骨密度值较高；而男性腰椎骨密度值随年龄的增加而增加,仅到了80岁以上骨密度值出现下降的趋势,股骨近端骨密度值随年龄增高而下降.结论 退休的银行从业人员中女性的腰椎、股骨近端骨密度值变化规律有别于以往报道的普通规律；男性测量股骨近端的骨密度值可能更客观. |

| Objective To investigate the condition of bone mineral density (BMD) of the bank retirees in Beijing, and to provide basis for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis. Methods BMD of the lumbar vertebrae, the femoral neck, and femoral greater trochanter of the retirees from Beijing Business Bank was detected. The changing pattern of BMD along with the change of age was analyzed. Results BMD of the retired females from Beijing Business Bank increased along with the increase of age and then decreased. The overall BMD was high. BMD of the lumbar vertebrae in retired males increased along with the increase of age. Until over 80 years old, BMD showed a tendency of decrease. BMD of the proximal femur decreased along the increase of age. Conclusion The changing pattern of BMD in retired females is different from the common reported patterns. Measurement of BMD of the proximal femur in retired males may be more objective. |
