| 目的 研究长期大量慢性饮酒吸烟导致骨质疏松的原因,以提出干预措施.方法 通过对我院就诊的2例长期大量慢性饮酒吸烟所致骨质疏松的研究,劝告患者戒酒、戒烟,注意饮食中钙的摄入,吃富含有钙质的食物(牛奶、豆浆、芝麻酱等).并建议其增加活动、多晒太阳,同时给予药物治疗.结果 2位患者按医嘱改善生活方式并药物治疗1年后,其骨密度均有很好地提升,腰背痛及双下肢酸困均有明显好转.结论 饮酒及吸烟均可导致骨量减少,骨质疏松的发生,应尽量减少饮酒与吸烟,保持健康的生活方式,运动、日晒、合理饮食、适当补钙,以赢得健康骨骼. |

| Objective Through analyzing the reasons for the osteoporosis caused by long-term abundant chronic alcohol-drinking and smoking, to propose intervention methods. Methods The clinical data of 2 patients, who had osteoporosis caused by long-term abundant chronic alcohol-drinking and smoking and came to a hospital for treatment, were retrospectively analyzed. Results Two patients changed their lifestyle and received drug therapy according to medical advices for 1 year. Bone mineral density fairly improved. The low back pain and the aching and tiredness of bilateral lower extremities had obvious relief. Conclusion Both alcohol-drinking and smoking can lead bone loss and the occurrence of osteoporosis. So, we should reduce alcohol-drinking and smoking, keep a healthy lifestyle, take more exercise and sunshine, eat properly, and take appropriate supplementation of calcium, in order to gain bone health. |
