| 目的探讨康复治疗对颈椎骨关节炎患者治疗依从性的影响。方法选择颈椎骨关节炎患者120例，随机分为对照组 和治疗组各60例，对照组采用颈椎牵引、推拿治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上对患者进行康复治疗，比较两组治疗前后的有效 率、依从性。结果治疗组不仅有效率明显好于对照组，而且患者在伏案时间、睡眠方式、自身锻炼、日常生活方式和重视程 度方面的依从性明显好于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论康复治疗不仅提高患者治疗的有效率，而且提高了患者的依从性，对治 疗和预防本病的复发具有重要的意义。 |

| Objective To investigate the effect of rehabilitation on the compliance of patients with cervical vertebra arthritis . Methods One hundred and twenty patients with cervical vertebra arthritis were randomly divided into control group and experimental group (n -60，each). Patients in control group were treated with cervical traction and massage therapy ，while patients in treatment group were treated with rehabilitation on the basis of control group . Then the effective rate and compliance were compared between the two groups . Results Not only the effective rate but also the compliance of patients on table working time ，sleeping style，exercising，daily life， and the extent of focus in treatment group were better than those in control group (P < 0. 05). Conclusion Rehabilitation can not only improve the effective rate， but also the compliance of patients . So it is important for the prevention and treatment of the disease recurrence. |
