| 目的探讨口服及静脉应用双磷酸盐治疗绝经后妇女骨质疏松的有效性及依从性。方法50例绝经后骨质疏松症患 者随机分为福善美组及密固达组,福善美组口服阿仑膦酸盐每周一次，密固达组静脉滴注唑来膦酸一次，两组患者均同时口 服钙剂及维生素D,分别于3周后及12个月后进行疼痛评分及骨密度的评价并与治疗前比较。结果治疗后福善美组及密 固达组疼痛评分明显下降、骨密度明显升高，与治疗前比较差异有显著性。结论口服或静脉应用双磷酸盐均安全有效，但 静脉应用双磷酸盐能提高患者抗骨质疏松用药的依从性。 |

| Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and compliance of oral administration or intravenous injection of bisphosphonates for the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis . Methods Fifty patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis were randomly divided into 2 groups ： the Fosamax group and the Aclasta group. Patients in Fosamax group received alendronate sodium tablet once a week. Patients in Aclasta group received an intravenous drip of zoledronic acid once a year . Patients in both groups were given calcium and Vitamin D3 at the same time. Visual analogue score (VAS) and bone mineral density (BMD) were determined and compared before and after 3—veek and 12寸month treatment. Results The VAS after the treatment in both groups decreased significantly compared with that before the treatment. BMD increased significantly . and the difference was significant. Conclusion Both the oral administration and the intravenous injection of bisphosphonates are safe and effective . Whereas the annual intravenous drip of bisphosphonates can improve the compliance for the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis |
