| 心血管病(CVD)与骨质疏松症是临床常见病，随着我国人口趋向老龄化，两者的发病率呈明显上升趋势。两种疾病常 伴随着老年患者。近年来不断有国内外学者针对两者关系进行了深人的探讨，尤其是心血管病中的冠心病、高血压病、慢性 心力衰竭等疾病与骨质疏松症的关联性受到了学者们的关注。本文根据国内外基础研究及临床试验的各种文献，把两类疾 病的相关性加以阐述。表明CVD与OP有一定的相关性。目前国内外对各种心血管病与骨质疏松相关的发病机制研究巳有 初步结果。其研究的不断深人和两者关系的进一步明确，对于探索两种疾病的防治药物等有着积极意义。 |

| Cardiovascular diseases and osteoporosis are common diseases in clinical work . Due to the population aging，the incidence of the two diseases shows an obvious rising trend. However，the two diseases often accompany with each other in senile patients . In recent years， domestic and foreign scholars have conducted in -depth discussions on the relationship between these two diseases . Especially the correlation between osteoporosis and cardiovascular diseases such as coronary heart diseases ， hypertension diseases ， and chronic heart failure has attracted the attentions of many scholars . This paper elaborates the correlation between the two diseases according to literatures of basic research and clinical trials . At present， the study of the mechanism of cardiovascular diseases and osteoporosis has obtained preliminary results . Along with the approaching of the study and the elucidation of the relationship between these two diseases ， it has positive significance for drug development to prevent and treat these two diseases simultaneously |
