| 骨质疏松和动脉粥样硬化是2型糖尿病患者常见的并发症，也是常见的老年病，它们具有相同的发病机制和危险因素。 糖基化终产物、胰岛素抵抗、氧化脂质、护骨素等参与或促使其共同发病，T2DM患者骨质疏松症和动脉粥样硬化的病理机制 存在着相关性，可能属于同一内分泌过程，仍需要进一步深人的研究去探讨，为防治骨质疏松症和动脉粥样硬化提供参考依 据.现对其进行简单阐述，将有助于提高老年病的综合防治。 |

| Osteoporosis and atherosclerosis are common complications in patients with type 2 diabetes. They are also common diseases in the elderly. They have same pathogenesis and risk factors . Glycation end -stage products，insulin resistance，oxidation of lipids，and osteoprotegerin participate in or stimulate their co -attack. The pathological mechanism of osteoporosis and atherosclerosis in patients with type 2 diabetes may be associated with each other，and they may be related to the same endocrine process . Further study should be performed in order to provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis and atherosclerosis . This paper reviews their correlation briefly， which may help to improve the comprehensive prevention and treatment of diseases in the elderly . |
