      铁在机体正常的生理活动中扮演着重要角色,铁稳态调节机制已成为目前铁代谢领域研究的热点。近年研究表明,铁稳态失调(铁过载或铁缺乏)与骨代谢异常密切相关,可导致骨质疏松的发生。因此,将近年“铁介导的骨代谢异常”相关文献进行梳理综述,以期为铁代谢与骨代谢的研究提供一定的参考。
英文摘要:
      Iron plays an important role in the normal physiological activity in human body.The regulatory mechanism of iron homeostasis has become a hot topic in domain of iron metabolism.Studies in recent years have revealed that the iron homeostasis disorders ( iron overload or iron deficiency) is closely related to bone metabolism abnormality, and it can also lead to osteoporosis. Hence, this paper reviews the recent related literatures about iron mediated bone metabolism abnormality, in order to provide theoretical evidence for the study of iron and bone metabolism.
